Did you read Wiktionary:Fragen zum Wiktionary#Interwiki-Bot? I said the Bot shall NOT fill up the page Spezial:Recentchanges! I just blocked you for 2 hours, because this was not agreed! The use of the flagged Bot would have been ok.
